To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return approval will not be accepted. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
We have no restrictions on the return method but we recommend you use your local post office. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping cost. Please make sure you keep a record of the return tracking number.
Please ensure all returns are sent via recorded/signed delivery, we will not be responsible for any losses or damages caused during the return of items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and gift items cannot be refunded.

Items found damaged as a result of incorrect usage are not considered faulty. We highly recommend to follow instructions from the user manual.
